Data controller
MONOFRAME is the controller of personal data in Postcorium.
What we collect
Name, email, business and brand details, the images and videos you upload, post text and publishing results.
Social media accounts
Accounts connect through a publishing provider using each platform's official login. Access tokens are stored encrypted by that provider. Postcorium never sees or stores your password, and you can remove a connection at any time.
AI
List photos and post notes you upload are sent to an AI provider to write captions and plans. This data is not used to train models.
Storage and deletion
Your files are kept in private storage that only you and your team can reach. When you close your account, your data is deleted.
